At this time, Trend of Home primarily ships within the United States. We are working to expand our shipping options to international locations. Please check back for updates regarding international shipping availability.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number that you can use to monitor the status of your shipment. You can also track your order by logging into your Trend of Home account and visiting the "My Orders" section.

6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or lost in transit, please contact our customer support team. While Trend of Home is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, we will do our best to assist you in resolving the issue.

7. Shipping Restrictions

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international locations (unless otherwise specified).

8. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and contact us immediately. We will assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and arrange for a replacement or refund.
