At Trend of Home, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward return process. Please read our Online Returns Policy to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience.

1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be initiated within 15 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and tags intact.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or invoice) must be provided.
  • Certain items, such as perishable goods, custom products, or clearance items, are non-returnable unless defective or damaged.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Log in to your Trend of Home account.
  2. Go to the "My Orders" section and select the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. Click "Initiate Return" and follow the instructions provided. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number, which is required for the return.
  4. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and include the RA number in the package.

3. Return Shipping

  • You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect upon arrival.
  • For your protection, we recommend using a traceable shipping method and keeping the return shipping receipt as proof.
  • If you received a damaged or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact our customer support team for assistance.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note:

  • Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable, except for returns due to a fault on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect items).
  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please initiate a return for the original item and place a new order for the replacement. We do not offer direct exchanges through our returns process.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund, depending on the situation. In some cases, we may ask for photos of the damaged item to expedite the process.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Perishable or consumable products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
